I got tickets from Victor to see Shelly Taylor at Dazzle. I should have known something was up when Ken Walker came over to chat with a gentleman seated behind me. The show was kickin' - Shelly, Ken, and Todd Reid were great together. Then Shelly introduced the gentleman behind me as Billy Wallace! Billy joined them on stage and blew the roof off Dazzle for two numbers! I will never forget that show. I encourage everyone to check out Billy's 80th birthday bash at Dazzle on August 23!
